Birding 101 Workshop
October 25 @ 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Everyone is a birder – they just don’t know it yet! Have you ever wanted to learn the basics of birding? Or are you a novice birder looking to strengthen your skills? Then this workshop is for you. Join Augusta-Aiken Audubon and local partners for a casual morning to learn more about birds and birding.
This free event is family friendly and will feature kids activities, live outreach birds, expert-led guided birdwalks, and one-on-one discussions about optics, field guides, and birding apps. Drop-in anytime from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and stay as long as you’d like. We will have coffee and light snacks. Please bring a water bottle to refill. Restrooms are available at the site.
