Art Exhibit: Devine Creations by Curtis

The Center for African American History, Art & Culture is proud to present Devine Creations by Curtis, a special art exhibition featuring the inspiring abstract works of resident artist Mr. Curtis, on display September 9 through October 3.

The public is invited to attend the exhibition opening on Wednesday, September 9, from 6 PM to 8 PM. This free community event celebrates Mr. Curtis’ artistic journey and recognizes his contributions as the Resident Artist at Silver Bluff Grove Senior Living Community, where he inspires others through the community’s Dreams Come True program.

Mr. Curtis’ collection of abstract artwork reflects imagination, expression, and the limitless possibilities of creativity. His exhibition serves as a reminder that artistic dreams can flourish at every stage of life.

The opening reception and exhibition are free and open to the public. Guests attending the opening reception will enjoy complimentary refreshments prepared by the talented chef from Silver Bluff Grove Senior Living Community. The Lessie B. Price Aiken Senior & Youth Center will also participate in the evening by sharing information about the programs, services, and activities they offer to enrich the lives of senior citizens throughout the community.

Regular exhibit hours at the CAAAHC are Wednesday – Saturday, 10 AM to 3 PM.
