King Creek Campground

Situated on 350 acres in the woods just outside Fairfax, SC, King Creek Campground (formerly known as Lakeview Plantation) is an ideal spot for a quiet getaway. Here you can enjoy miles of trails perfect for hiking and horseback riding as you take in the seasonal flora and fauna. All campsites are 60-ft by 90-ft and can comfortably accommodate two large tents or one RV and one tent. Full hook-up sites, dump station, 30 amp and 50 amp service options available. All standard campsites feature highlines for picketing horses, and each of the equestrian campsites feature one-stall corrals in addition to the highline. Horse camping is by reservation only. Pet friendly.

Trails are available to the public with purchase of a day pass. Day passes must be purchased in advance by calling 843.816.1636.

For both trail riding and camping, visitors must submit a copy of a current negative 12-month Coggins Test before they arrive.
