Christmas in the Backcountry
Bring the family to enjoy life in the 18th century and learn how colonists observed Christmas in the backcountry at The Living History Park. The buildings will be open for demonstrations including the Mercantile which will be selling handmade gifts, fresh bread and cookies from the bake oven. Children have the opportunity to meet Father Christmas, make pine cone bird feeders and enjoy free cider and cookies while they listen to stories read by reenactors.
Held annually the last Saturday in November.
