Carolina Bay Nature Reserve

Carolina Bay Nature Reserve – Nature Trail. City of Aiken Parks, Recreation & Tourism. Walk the trail, watch the wildlife or just enjoy the pleasure of woods and water only a few yards from Whiskey Rd. This is a city park with a difference: a natural wetland with minimal improvements and a maximum of tranquility. Brochures (available at the park) provide a map, a guide to the trail and information on plants and wildlife. An observation deck overlooks the bay which can be reserved for rental.
