Allendale War Memorial Building

Allendale War Memorial Building was built on the Allendale Court House grounds in honor of the Allendale County men who served in World War I. In 1950, the interior housed the Allendale County Library; the office of the Regional Library, the Veteran's Administrative Office and the office of the Allendale County Health, Education, and Welfare Department. The Memorial Building became the Voter Registration Office with the library moved to its new home on Main Street.
